Mr Brylski will be moving on to the position of general manager at a private health facility within the area.
Having been the head of the hospital for the last two years, Mr Brylski has been able to assist in commissioning the early stages of the facility's redevelopment, including the new ambulatory care hub and extensions to the intensive care unit.
Murrumbidgee Local Health District chief executive officer Jill Ludford was disappointed Mr Brylski was moving on, but was pleased his skills would not be lost to the region.

"The past two years have also seen an increase in quality initiatives throughout hospital, as well as new models of care in ambulatory care and Maternity services," Ms Ludford said.
"Griffith Base Hospital is actively engaging with the local Aboriginal community, setting up the Aboriginal Community Advisory Committee.
"New equipment, including the latest in surgical and sterilising equipment has also been procured for the hospital during Greg's time as general manager, enabling a greater range of surgical procedures to be undertaken locally.
"Greg has had an enormous impact on staff engagement and culture within the hospital."
Ms Ludford said the creation of a staff advisory council, implementation of the "kindness works here" initiative and the annual staff week celebration were all part of Mr Brylski's legacy.
"On behalf of Murrumbidgee Local Health District I thank Greg for his leadership during his time at Griffith Base Hospital and wish him every success in his new role," she said.
