AN 18-YEAR-OLD man has been busted allegedly drink driving in Griffith.

The man, who held a P1 licence, was stopped by police along Kidman Way at 1.40am on December 28.
He underwent a roadside breath test, which returned a positive result. The man was arrested and taken to Griffith Police Station where a second reading returning a result of 0.029.
Being a p-plate driver, the man is not allowed to have any alcohol in his system while behind the wheel.
As a result, he will now be required to front a magistrate after receiving a court attendance notice for special range PCA.
His licence was suspended.
Vehicle stolen, then found
A BLACK Ford Ranger ute was allegedly stolen from a home in Binguie Street in Griffith during the early hours of December 28.
Police said an unknown number of people entered the home and stole the keys to the utility sometime between 5.30am and 6am before then stealing the vehicle.
About 3:50pm that same day police recovered the black utility hidden under a tarp in the rear yard of a house in Griffith.
Officers seized the vehicle and investigations are ongoing.
School toilet fire
GRIFFITH police are seeking information from the community that could assist them in tracking down offenders who lit a fire at a school in the city.
The fire, which was lit in the female toilets at Murrumbidgee High's Wade Campus, occurred sometime between Christmas Day and December 27.
Police said damage to the toilets was suffered as a result.
