Life member David Heffer did the honours presenting medallions and trophies to those present. The short course champions and point scores for the 2019-2020 Feral year were: -

Bacchus 7 races, Ella Savage (211) Louise Gunn (192) and Chloe Morshead (113)
Winter 9 races, Cooper Savage (259) Angus Gunn (251) and Louise Gunn (224)
Surfer 8 races, Chloe Morshead (239) Cooper Savage (209) and Angelo Licastro (199)
Arsova 9 races, Chloe Morshead (261) Nate Mingay (254) and Harry Morshead (245)
Wardle Waddel milestone medallions were presented to Brendan Sinclair and Wendy Minato.
Conditions were excellent for the second hotfoot run, however no matter how perfect the running conditions the almost vertical climb at the halfway point takes one's breath away.
In the long course Aidan Fattore was first home with a net time of 24m05s. Making his debut on the Hill Rodney Beckwith was 2nd (37m00s) and Peter Stockwell was 3rd (28m16s)
Bede Kenny (15m39s) made it 2 in a row for 1st place in the short course, Renee Villata (17m03s) was 2nd and Ruby Kenny (18m.39s) was 3rd.
Next Saturday's presentations will focus on the long course, plus a couple of surprise awards.
The Feral's meet at the green water tower opposite Pioneer Park every Saturday for a 5:30pm start. People interested in friendly social running are welcome to join the club.
