It was a day for mud runners, Gerry Cox fired 77 off the stick to take out A Grade with 40 points from Justin Robertson 80 scratch, 38 points.
Steve Crowe 36 points won B Grade ahead of Grant Semmler 35 points.
Best score of the day to C Grade winner Ted Jones 41 points, Jim Shannon 37 points runner-up on a countback over Luke Longdon 37 points.
Gerry Cox won the 4th pin, Graeme Trevett 7th, Liam Blanch 8th, Alf Franchi 11th, Ryan Harrison 16th. Jason Magoci jammed his second shot into the cup of an Eagle Two on the 15th to take that pin.

A record Sunday field of 111 players took to the fairways to contest a single medley Stableford, the largest field for 20 years, boosted by 26 visiting golfers from all over NSW.
Chris Richards fired 73 off the stick to take out A GRade with 39 points on a countback over Sum Tuitavake 39 points shooting 76.
Chick Graham 38 points won B Grade on a countback over Chris Conlan 38 points.
Robert Favero 39 points best in C Grade on a countback over Connor Bock 39 points.
Justin Robertson won the Pro pin, Chris Richards 16th.

November will see a full month of Club events, starting with the Griffith City Open this coming Sunday, November 1, with a 9.00am for 10.00am shotgun start. All the usual events with a continuous all-day BBQ.

The Corporate Cup is on Friday, Nov.13th., and the Volkswagon Scramble is on Sunday, November 13. with a 10.00am shotgun start, entries online.

Weather permitting, the veterans are holding a Two Day Tournament, beginning yesterday with a 4BBB Stableford with a single in conjunction for both men and women and on Thursday there will be a single Stableford for both men and women with a 9.30am for 10.00am shotgun start.
