With Ted Scobie Oval sitting underwater in some areas, Griffith Touch has been left with no other option than to cancel the senior touch which was to be played on Monday night.
Touch joins the cricketers on the sideline this week after all action from the GDCA competition was cancelled on Friday and Saturday.
Over the past four days, 33mm (as of 2.30pm Monday) has been officially recorded with more expected to come over the next few days which could pose issues for next weekend's outdoor sports.
