A NSW Police Force civilian employee has been charged over alleged acts of indecency in the Riverina.

A NSW Police Force statement said police commenced an investigation in January after receiving a report of three acts of indecency allegedly committed by the 59-year-old man between November 2018 and December 2019.
"Following extensive investigations, the employee, who is attached to a command in Southern Region, was issued Court Attendance Notices [on Thursday], for two counts of carry out sexual act with another person without consent, and one count of commit act of indecency," the statement said.
"He is due to appear at Griffith Local Court on December 16.
"The man is currently suspended from duty."
