Dedini will provide coaching, mentoring and positive, inclusive activities and GDFA president Dom Schirripa believes the addition of Dedini will help develop both players and coaches alike.
"We are keen to get Liam amongst players and coaches to lift their skills and boost our profile in the community," he said.
"The hugely successful holiday clinic is proof children enjoy football, and Liam plans to conduct many clinics, holiday programs and get involved with schools."
Dedini brings a wealth of knowledge and experience having served for four years as the Football Wagga Development Officer and has experience with Football NSW Country teams which has seen him attend FFA National Championships.
One of the areas of improvement Dedini has identified the lack of dedicated goalkeeping training in Griffith which he hopes to rectify by bringing his skill set which has seen him spend time at the Head of Goalkeeping at Football NSW.
With the appointment of Dedini alongside Ross Morgan as the Technical Director for Griffith FC NPL and Academy, Schirripa is confident all aspects of Griffith football is in good hands.
"Both Liam and Ross will work together, so all avenues and skill level of Griffith Football Association are given the attention they deserve," he said.
