The under 23s final series is now almost out of reach for the Yoogali SC side following a 4-0 defeat at the hands of Weston Molonglo in Cootamundra.

The tightness of the ladder meant that Yoogali would need to pick up as many points as possible and with a fellow finals competitor taking the three points from the clash they are now facing an uphill battle to reach the top four.
Coach Sante Donadel said it was inconsistency which hurt his side once again.
"They were a well-drilled team, probably the best team that we have played all year," he said.
"We were just picking the wrong options and not holding onto the ball for long enough. It has been our story all year.
As 11 players, we have got a good team, but it just isn't gelling together. When it does click for those five minutes, it looks really good, and then they go back to normal stuff for ten minutes and then they might click again for five. They are very inconsistent."
The Weston Molonglo side was able to capitalise on mistakes from the Yoogali defence, and if not for a couple of great saves from Luke Armanini in goal it could have been worse than 2-0 at half time.
Yoogali looked to be getting back into the game before a second yellow card to Jordan Baveresco saw him given his marching orders and from there Weston Molonglo was able to score two more goals.
" As soon as he got sent off that was it for us," he said.
"The boys kept on trying, and I can't fault there effort."
Donadel said he could see the quality in their side, but they need a couple of more skilled players if they want to be successful.
"If we were playing in local this team could probably win the first-grade grand final. We are just a couple of players off being a really good team," he said.
"We have a good basis of seven or eight players out there that know what they are doing, but you need 11 quality players at this level."
The under 23s will take on ANU next weekend, and Donadel believes his side has it in them to pull off a surprise result.
"We have the players that can do the job but to reach the final we will need a lot of things to go our way," he said.
