The first weekend in Spring greeted the Griffith Netball Association players with great conditions for the eighth round of the competition and The Area News was there to capture the action of the 10.45am games.

In the 8/9 years division saw Hotshots able to take a 12-0 victory over Benny Mahon Construction while in the 10/11 years group Griffith Pet Resort took a 21-2 win over AT Welding Services.
IN the two 12 years division games Elders Lightning picked up a 21-10 win over Victorious Secret while South Grove Angels picked up a 25-16 win over Mick Edwards Bricklaying.
There are now only two rounds remaining in the regular season.
