The specialised clinic next door to Your Health Griffith will be the latest location in the Murrumbidgee Primary Health Network (MPHN) to offer the testing.
It's designed to complement and ease the pressure on state and local health facilities, as well as reducing the risk of exposure to the community.
"As movement and travel restrictions begin to relax, we'll see more people heading back to their workplace, going shopping, filling up with petrol or simply travelling into our region," Member for Farrer Sussan Ley said.
"None of us want to see heavier restrictions put back in place, so there are three important messages from government to remember; stick to social distancing, get tested if you are feeling unwell with any symptoms, and pop the CovidSafe App on your phone so we can track any cases should they occur.
Similar respiratory clinics have been opened in Wagga Wagga, Young, Tumut and Gundagai.
Another clinic will open next week in Deniliquin - it will mean there are 102 respiratory clinics led by GPs across the nation.

MPHN CEO Melissa Neal said anyone with respiratory symptoms or unexplained fever should be tested.
Other reported symptoms of COVID-19 have been loss of smell, taste and appetite, a runny nose, muscle and joint pain, and nausea, vomiting and diarrhoea.
"After your swab has been taken it's sent away for testing and you will know the results in a couple of days," Ms Neal said.
Bookings for the Griffith testing clinic in the grounds of 105 Binya St will be available from Tuesday May 19.
Bookings can made by calling on 6962 7661 or via www.hotdoc.com.au/
