The celebration of multiculturalism held on March 21 saw students and teachers come together to experience food, dancing and music from around the world.
QUILTS SENT OVERSEAS TO SERVICEMEN
Murrumbidgee Country Quilters sent an abundance of quilts overseas to give warmth to servicemen and women on this day in 2019.
The towering stack of quilts were the result of 18 months of hard work.

CITY HOSTS SOROPTIMIST CONFERENCE
Griffith played host to the Riverina regional Soroptimist International conference on this day in 2015.
Pat Cox, who was the newly-elected president at the time, said the conference was a great success.
CALLS MADE TO DITCH MDBA PLAN
Water consultant and former Nationals Party executive Ron Pike said it was time to ditch the MDB Plan on this day in 2015.
"The Murray-Darling Basin Plan and the Act that spawns it is contrary to the constitution and it should be thrown out tomorrow," Mr Pike said.

MAUBOY PERFORMS IN GRIFFITH
Jessica Mauboy performed in front of hundreds of screaming fans at Marian Catholic College on this day in 2010.
The songstress was meant to perform in Griffith in 2009, but had to pull out due to illness. After returning to the MIA and being greeted by thunderous applause, Mauboy said she loved every second of the performance.
TALK HELD ON TREKKING KOKODA
Australia's leading expert on the Kokoda Trail, Charlie Lynn, came to Griffith and hosted an information session about the campaign trail on this day in 2010.
Mr Lynn has walked the trail 58 times, billing the experience as life-changing and something that every Australian should do.
NEW AIRPORT TERMINAL SCRAPPED
Griffith City Council scrapped plans for a new airport terminal on this day in 2010, instead shifting their focus to renovating the existing facility.
This meant the upgrade could be funded from the airport's revenue stream.
