The Coro Cougars will take on Exies Diggers in the fourth grade grand final after seeing off the challenge from Hanwood in the preliminary final on Wednesday night at Exies Oval.

The Cougars won the toss and elected to bat however it was Hanwood who were able to make the early impact with Lucas Wood (1) falling to the bowling of Nicholas McGibbon.
McGibbon (2/7) followed the early wicket with the dismissal of Jack Furner (7) to see Coro sitting on 2/17 after 5.5 overs before Cooper Rand, and Noah Kirkman led a fightback for the Cougars.
The third-wicket partnership put on 29 runs before Kirkman (12) was caught by McGibbon off the bowling of Willen Vaessen (1/14) while Bebe Kenny (0) followed four runs later when he was dismissed by Luke Cannon (1/12).
Rand kept the scoreboard ticking over with Jai Kenny before Rand (26) was dismissed by Alex Schirripa (1/9) while Kenny (2) was run out shortly after.
Thomas Jamieson (21) was able to add some late runs to see the Coro side finish their 25 overs on 9/103.
The Cougars were able to make an immediate impact with the ball with Liam James (2/2) taking two early wickets while Jamieson (2/11) chipped in with a wicket to see Hanwood fall to 3/12 after 4.2 overs.
Hanwood struggled to recover from the tough start with McGibbons (9) and Josh Serafin (6) able to get starts for Hanwood with Mekhi Simpson (3/5) doing the damage with the ball for the Cougars to see Hanwood bowled out for 50.
The grand final will be at Exies No 1 on Wednesday night.
