The fifth annual Curry & Jam will see delicious food, live entertainment and a stunning atmosphere provide a great night for locals - and raise funds to help local youth pursue their lifelong ambitions.
Griffith Country Education Foundation committee member, Clare Bowditch, encourages anyone who has never been to Curry & Jam to come experience the night first-hand.
"I always enjoy the atmosphere, it's great out under the trees," she said.
"The smell of curry, the music, the dancing - it doesn't really get much better for a night out."
The major fundraiser sees around 300 people attend each and every year, but CEF chairman Craig O'Keeffe wants to see those numbers rise.
"We've got a great line-up of bands and it's for a good cause," Mr O'Keeffe said.
"It's always a great night out there, absolutely anyone can come on down.
"The Sikh community cook the curries for us and they do a great job, it's a cheap night with good food, good entertainment and good fun."

Local musical talent Don Hillam and the Cold Cowboys will play at the event, showing their support for the youth of Griffith.
The Country Education Foundation have pledged to give $29,000 of assistance to 20 young members of the local community, helping them achieve study goals which were previously impossible.
Their many major sponsors have also contributed - the Sikh community with their curries and condiments, Yarran Wines with the refreshments and MIA coaches with a bus to get everyone home safely.
"The reason we all do it is to help local youth from our community who have been disadvantaged by the fact they have to leave town to study at university," Ms Bowditch explained.
"We provide scholarships to students to help them with whatever they need to succeed, with the hope that one day they may even come back and work in our community."
Curry & Jam will begin at 7pm on April 3 at Binya Hall. Music starts at 7pm and dinner will be served at 8pm.
Bus tickets are available for $10 each, with the shuttle departing from Griffith Visitor Information Centre at 6:30pm and leaving Binya at 11:30pm.
Tickets are available at Fred Cole Betta Living for $40 each.
