Australia's leading short film festival, Flickerfest, will bring its 29th National Tour to the Griffith Regional Theatre this Saturday.

The titles included in this year's edition have been recognised by Academy® Qualifying and BAFTA as some of the best in the world, after they were hand-picked from the festival's record 3,500 entries earlier in the year.
The entertaining, inspiring and award-winning films will give local audiences the first look at the hottest shorts in the world today.
Highlights include Rebooted directed by Michael Shanks, Chicken from Alana Hicks, The Egg by Jane Cho, This Perfect Day and The Granny Flat.
Animated film The Granny Flat is narrated by Micaela Ellis who was born and raised in Griffith. Ms Ellis also attended Lake Wyangan Public School and Marian Catholic College.
Flickerfest will be begin at the Griffith Regional Theatre at 7pm on March 14.
