The silver Daewoo, driven by a Griffith person at about 3pm on Monday, mounted the curb and hit the woman, before continuing on to smash through two large glass windows of the supermarket.
The woman was quickly attended to by shocked staff while paramedics were on their way.
Police are currently investigating, however say it appears the Daewoo failed to give way to a green Holden Astra at the roundabout on Banna Avenue and Benerembah Street.
Rossie's boss Ross Catanzariti praised efforts made by his team, who were understandably rattled from the incident.
"Staff are a bit shaken up, they tell me it sounded like crashing bottles until they realised the fridges were moving forward, and the glass was breaking," he explained.
