Officers saw the woman driving on the wrong side of Bringagee Street at 9.25pm on Sunday.
Pulling her over, the 28-year-old produced a Queensland driver's license and asked officers why she had been stopped.
When they told her she was on the wrong side of the road and asked if she had anything to drink, she allegedly said she hadn't had any alcohol since the day before.
Officers noted she was talking slowly, had bloodshot eyes, and smelled strongly of alcohol.
When she returned a positive breath test reading, she was taken back to the station for a breath analysis.
