Students from Yenda Public School's year 4 put their minds to the task and came up with a few ways their dream car could make a difference.
There were bushfire-proof cars, flying cars powered by pollution and even car safe from coronavirus, among many other ideas the students wanted to see on the cars of the future.
Owen Toyota's brand manager Sarah Taylor said the creative thinking is what helps shape tomorrow's innovations.
"With the recent fall of Holden, Toyota is more determined than ever to lead the way in automotive and human mobility," Owen Toyota brand manager Sarah Talyor said.
"Apart from Toyota hybrid technology leading the way in today's motor industry, Toyota have already thought ahead by producing concepts for more eco-friendly and user-friendly mobility systems."
The ideas will be entered into Toyota's Dream Car Art contest.
The contest is giving the engineers of the future a chance to flesh out their ideas on paper.
It's not just about creating art though, entrants across three age groups have the chance to win prizes including one of eight $275 Visa gift cards, a $2500 Officeworks voucher for their school and one $2500 voucher of choice.
Entries close on March 1, with entry forms available at toyota.com/dreamcar or at Owen Toyota.
