The winner of the day with 37 points was Chris Close on a countback from Cory Saunders. In third place was Bob Berton with 36 points. Jeff Harman won nearest the pin on the 9th/18th and the pro pin went to Charles Manning. The ball competition went down to 32 points.
Sunday was also the qualfying round for the single matchplay. The draw is Chris Close v Geoff Vearing, Bob Berton v Peter Noon, Bruce Black v Peter Martin, Peter Morrison Gary Signor, Prue Watson v Dave Watson, Jeff Harman v Roni Santalucia, Barry Schaeffer v Alan Hicken and Cory Saunders v Charles Manning.
A small group of veterans played in Tuesday's event and Renzo Surian won the day with 36 points from Lance Gilbert, 32 points. Renzo also won nearest the pin.
A stableford will be played next week. Captains of the day are Margaret and Geoff Vearing.
