This year's edition will take over the Griffith Showgrounds on May 15 and 16 and organiser Roly Zappacosta said there had already been a "great interest" from first-time exhibitors ahead of the event.
"It's important to support, encourage and lift the profile of our Ag industries," Mr Zappacosta said.
"Many of last year's exhibitors have booked again and there is a great interest from first time exhibitors, which means that there is always something new to interest members of the public."
Mr Zappacosta said a strong focus on health and well-being will be added to the event this year, with a hub planned for visitors to learn about and connect with health organisations and services in a more casual environment.
"We are still experiencing drought and it's vital we keep shining a light on this [well-being and health] and support our farmers through tough times," he said.
"We'll have free farmer's health checks including mental health and well being, to eye checks, blood pressure and blood glucose monitoring and support groups."

A wide range of new events are being planned for this year, with Lawnmower races, tractor pulling and yard dog trials all planned to grace the fields of the showgrounds during the two-day event.
"A combination of family & kids attractions, entertainment, food and demonstrations have made the Riverina Field Days an event on Griffith's calendar that people look forward to," Mr Zappacosta said.
Applications for new exhibitors are still being considered for this year's event and Mr Zappacosta said non-agricultural exhibitors and food stalls are also welcome to help provide "diversity and variety" to the crop of attractions.
