With the theme Love to Celebrate, this year's NSW Seniors Festival will share the love with events across the state from February 12-23. Hundreds of free and low-cost events are planned, from Wyong to Wagga Wagga, Condobolin to Campbelltown and everywhere in between.

A highlight of the celebrations, the Premier's Gala Concerts are the hottest tickets in town this time of year. The star-studded concerts will be staged at the International Convention Centre Sydney on Thursday and Friday, February 13-14. Audiences will be treated to a first-class line-up headed by John Paul Young - his number one hit Love is in the Air is sure to be a favourite - supported by Paulini, Vanessa Amorosi and Alfie Arcuri.

If you missed out on tickets, head to the ICC anyway because running in tandem with the concerts will be the free NSW Seniors Festival Expo with entertainment, workshops, games and giveaways. There will be entertainment from Australia's longest-running Beatles cover band, dance lessons from Brent Street Dance School ... and rumour has it, Elvis just might be in the building.

Author, scriptwriter and actor Judy Nunn will make a special appearance on the Thursday evening and be available for a book signing as well. More than 60 exhibitors will be on hand to offer advice on everything from travel and lifestyle to health and financial services and aged care.

You can find out how to make friends the modern way at four Speed Friendship workshops hosted by Stitch over the two days. If 2020 is your year to get fit, you'll love presentations by Gymnastics NSW and Curves women's fitness clubs. Art lovers can head to the Aboriginal art workshop.

The presentation stage will be a hive of activity. Trafalgar Tours will tell you what's hot for travel in 2020, you can find out everything you need to know about Opal Travel, become reacquainted with your favourite sports modified to suit older participants, meet the nbn's community ambassador and learn all about wills and powers of attorney. And that's just scratching the surface.
