The super-school will be hosting a total of two carnivals this year, with the first featuring only nominated students between year 9 and 12.
Within that cohort, two students stunned parents and teachers with their ability last week, shattering a combined total of six records.
Samantha Taylor broke the 16-year-old girls 25 metre freestyle, 50 metre backstroke and 50 metre breaststroke records.
Wil Donaldson broke the 16-year-old boys 200 metre freestyle, 50 metre breaststroke and 50 metre butterfly records.

That carnival is scheduled to be held at Griffith Regional Leisure and Aquatic Centre on February 10.
