The Western Riverina Community College will be holding an 'exceptional ageing' program for those over the age of 65 from January 29.
The program, funded through the Murrumbidgee Primary Health Network, will run from 10.30am to 2.30pm each Wednesday at the CWA Hall on Banna Avenue and will aim to educate seniors on ways to maintain and improve their physical and mental health.

Attendees will undertake lessons on muscle strengthening, balance exercises, ways to cook healthy and nutritious meals for one along with presentations from guest speakers.
The course has been previously held in Leeton, Narrandera and Hillston and is due to run until February 26.
