"The dogs that are alleged to have been involved are being held at Councils impound facility whilst further enquiries are being made."

A woman has been hospitalised after a horrific mauling by two dogs while on an early morning jog.
The 51-year-old was jogging along Ortella Street at 4.30am on Monday when two brown-coloured dogs came at her, barking and circling, before dragging her to the ground and attacking.
Two witnesses saw the dogs dragging the woman along the concrete footpath after being woken by her screams for help.
Another resident called 000, shouting reassurances, as the other two attempted to scare the dogs off with a shovel.
Police arrived a short time later and were approached several times by the dogs, who were continuing to be aggressive.
Paramedics treated the woman at the scene while the council ranger was on his way.
The dogs ran into the backyard of a house, and officers tried several times to wake the owner.
The resident, the owner of the dogs, was initially shocked and in disbelief the dogs could have done what was being described, however assisted police and ranger in securing the pair in the council crate.
The victim was taken to hospital and was being treated for a large wound to her right ankle and no feeling in her right foot.

She was also bitten on her right hip and upper right arm, with cuts and scrapes to her hands from being dragged along the ground.
Officers have spoken with the witnesses who are willing to provide statements to either police or council.
Investigations are continuing with the final decision pending, police say.
