With the side holding two of the challenge trophies from around the area, Griffith will be tasked with trying to defend both with West Wyalong making the trip to challenge for the Creet Cup while Lake Cargelligo is hunting for the Hedditch Cup.
Representative coach Tim Rand says he is looking forward to seeing how the squad depth goes this weekend.
"We have two pretty strong teams, and we are happy with how it came together," he said.
"We have a pretty good squad to work with, and then a couple of the older players put their hands up as well, which is always appreciated."
Griffith is throwing their weight into making sure they are able to hold on to the Hedditch Cup with the stronger players set to feature against Lake Cargelligo.
They will be without the services of Dean Bennett who is representing Riverina under 18s while Mark Burns and Jack Hutchinson are also not it this weekend's side with Hanwood's Oliver Bartter, Brendan Hicken and Charlie Cunial coming into the team.
"There is still a fair bit of youth still in the side which is pleasing," he said.
"There are a couple of players who are away with representative duties, but it gives some of the other boys a chance to take the step forward."
Meanwhile, the Creet Cup side will be led by Reece Matheson this weekend after Tom Spry had to pull out.
Rand is pleased with how the representative season has started with two wins from as many games and was looking forward to playing on their home deck.
"It's great to win, especially when you do it away from home," he said.
"It's great to have both games at Exies, and we are looking forward to hopefully holding onto both cups."
