In A Grade, Gerry Cox won the event - co-sponsored by Hanwood Butchery, Limone, Frank Ellis and Eclipse - on 73 nett, firing 83 off the stick.
Cox finished ahead on a countback from Allan Andreazza - 73 nett, 84 scratch with seven pars - to win the monthly medal.
Better scores in B Grade, Paul Connell (68 nett) taking the win and monthly medal with 87 off the stick and six pars, ahead of Charlie Guglielmino, 71 nett. He went around in 85, 45 out and 40 in, carding eight pars.
Allan King (68 nett) won the C Grade medal and trophy after a round of 91 with five pars, on a countback from Paul Plunkett, 68 nett, shooting 90 and carding four pars.
Duncan McWhirter and Bryan Trembath won the pro pins.
Par Threes: 4th Charlie Guglielmino, 7th Jeff Wiscombe, 11th Slim Cavanaugh, 16th Len Carvill. Vouchers to 76 nett.
Tony Catanzariti, Paul Connell and Chris Gill won the three gold medals, including return airfares to Sydney courtesy of Rex Airlines.
Sunday's event was a single stableford with 41 players. Peter Gill, 40 points, won A Grade ahead of Graham Richens, 35 points.
Jason Price, 37 points, won B Grade on a countback from Shannon Windle, 37 points.
Craig Dredge, 36 points, was best in C Grade from Tom Wright, 35 points. Jason Price won the 7th pin, Jeff Wiscombe 16th. Vouchers to 32 points.
The first round of the Caltex 5s ends this week. Presentation to follow, with the second section to start in January. Contact the pro shop for details.
Sunday junior clinics will again be held this week at 10am. Entry fee includes all golf gear.

Any golfer who has played to or bettered their handicap is eligible to play for the big prizes on offer. Names are on the noticeboard.
The veterans played a two-grade single stableford last Thursday. Jim Dickie, 37 points, won 0-18 Grade ahead of John Gale, 35 points. Skeet Milne, 31 points, was best in 19-36 Grade on a countback from Don Catanzariti.

In the two-grade single stableford played last Wednesday, Robin Salvestro (38 points) took out 0-18 Grade ahead of Chris Fuchs (36 points). Lee Kimball (38 points) won 19-36 Grade from John Wallace (34). Tony McBride won the 11th pin, Tony DeMarco 8th. Vouchers went to 33 points.
