The competition saw the side play two Twenty20s on Sunday before playing two fifty over matches across Monday and Tuesday. At least that was the plan until the weather intervened.
In the side's opening T20 they took on Northern Riverina. While Ben Signor (2/14) was able to claim two early wickets, Edouard Grigg (46) led a fightback from the Northern Riverina side.
Thomas Camm (2/11) and Noah Gaske (1/17) chipped in with late wickets to see the Northern Riverina side reach 5/103 off their 20 overs.
The Murrumbidgee side was never given the opportunity to chase down the total as the wet weather saw the game abandoned before the second innings got underway.
The inclement weather set in across Sunday afternoon and saw the second T20 against Cricket Albury Wodonga Country abandoned without a ball being bowled.
The weather interruptions spread into Monday morning with the first 50-over game against Southern Riverina delayed and then reduced to a 35-over match.
After losing the toss and being sent into bat, Hayden Forner and Harrison Steele were able to get their side off to a strong start.
The pair were able to put on 46 runs for the first wicket before both Forner (26) and Steele (9) fell in quick succession.
Unfortunately for the Murrumbidgee, the middle order wasn't able to make the most of the start with Tom (7) and Oliver Bartter (7) making the most significant impact.
Jake Rand (10) was able to add late runs before the Murrumbidgee side were bowled out in the 32nd over on 111.
A run out to Forner and caught and bowled to Fergus Cattanach gave the Murrumbidgee side a chance however the middle order from the Southern Riverina side had other ideas.
An 84-run stand took the game away from Murrumbidgee, and while Cattanach (3/18) and Rand (1/7) claimed late wickets, Southern Riverina took a five-wicket win.
In their final game, they took on CAW Murray in a fifty over game. After winning the toss and sending the CAW team into bat Cattanach (2/18) and Camm (2/32) kept the pressure on, but the CAW Murray side were able to find their footing through Praveen Pathmanathan (22) and Sebastian McKenna (60*).
Kyle Bennett (2/19) was able to break the partnership, but CAW was able to maintain their scoring to finish on 9/199 off their 50 overs.
In reply, Steele (24), Oliver Bartter (23) and Cattanach (25) were able to get starts however no one was able to push on for the big score to see Murrumbidgee bowled out for 138.
