The Expatriates Auto Club have been hosting Coffee and Cars events for the last two years, raising much needed funds for lesser-known charities in the MIA community.

Their efforts have yielded over $10,000 so far, with those funds being awarded to community groups that Expatriates feel are not given enough recognition.
President of the EAC, Stephen Brown, is particularly proud of the $2,700 raised in the past few months for MND research.
"MND has a close place to our heart, we know people affected by it, so we like to do our part," Mr Brown said.
The club and its 50 members are like a big family according to Sharon Brown, with each individual carrying their own fundraising wishes for those they care about.
"The money we've raised has been filtered through the community, we help out anyone who puts their hand up and needs our help," Mrs Brown said.
Coffee and Cars has managed to raise funds for wheelchair access, motor neurone disease, and the back-and-forth travel costs associated with various medical treatments.
Coffee and Cars' latest addition to the calendar is 'Christmas, Caffeine and Chrome,' being hosted at the Griffith Leagues Club on Sunday.
It will be the final event for the club in 2019, with nearly every car and bike club from across the Riverina expected to make an appearance.
"We support the Leeton and West Wyalong clubs and they support us," Stephen Brown said.
"Everyone is going to be there, it should be fun."
Santa Claus will be making a special pit stop for the kids at 11am, bringing Christmas cheer to the first day of December.
There will also be a jumping castle, bacon and egg rolls, sausage sizzle, coffee van, cake stall, donuts and much more.
