Tank Sergi and Peter Cremasco have given one million litres of this pledged water to Bill Calabria and Dale McCleary to bottle up and send to the Brewarrina communities.
Over 25 irrigators from Griffith and Leeton have pledged water to Mr Sergi's project for communities in need for stock and domestic use.
He said this new idea was sparked to keep the momentum going.
"It was only an idea, and now look how its grown," Mr Sergi said.
"We are proud of the Griffith and Leeton irrigators that remain committed to helping out those who have been hit the hardest with the drought," Mr Cremasco added.
Council are prepared to donate the equivalent of two megalitres of water for them to use at their disposal.

Mr McCleary, who has been delivering bottled water to places like Menindee over the past year, says this is another show of Griffith's "astounding generosity".
"The generosity nearly makes me cry. We haven't even gotten to summer yet. How could they survive without the necessity of life which is water?"
With the help of donated trucks, fuel and pallets, Mr McCleary will deliver the water to the town mayor to distribute as needed.
He and Mr Calabria have already gotten three semi-trailer loads of water to Brewarrina.
Around 22,000 litres fits into one semi-trailer.

Mr Calabria was proud to help Mr McCleary, and was overwhelmed by the outpouring of compassion from people also struggling with drought.
"It's a community effort, helping people in their times of desperation. I and others will do what we have to do to help," Mr Calabria explained.
The group approached Griffith City Council to help deliver the water to Mr Calabria, but were told council were unable to assist.
However when approached by The Area News, mayor John Dal Broi said they were "in admiration" of the group's pioneering spirit, and were willing to help in other ways.
"Council are prepared to donate the equivalent of two megalitres of water for them to use at their disposal."
