Giordan Pastro, Abby Favell and Jenna Richards' outstanding ability led the charge in a relentless Demons attack, with Pei Chun Tsai and Isabella Smith holding the fort in defence.
Leeton Eagles found the early advantage, but that only served to further motivate the Demons.
"The girls did start off a bit slow, but they came good towards the end," coach Carolyn Snow explained.
"There were some tough calls out there, a lot of physicality, but we did it in the end."
The guidance of Carolyn Snow and team captain Kylie Pastro has played an integral part in the team's success this season.
"Kylie is our senior, she steadies the ship," Snow said.
"She went out there today and did her job, made baskets, and kept the younger girls under control because sometimes they can get ahead of themselves."
Jenna Richards was awarded MVP for her incredible performance, serving as the perfect way to cap off her birthday one day prior.
"I just wanted to bring it home for everyone, and every time I go out there I try my hardest," Richards said.
"We did start off slow, but we built into it and came up with the win, and that's what matters."
After besting their neighboring rivals and showing their class, the Demons are now able to enjoy their head-earned victory and look back on what has been a phenomenal season for the girls in blue.
From hardly knowing one another at the first training session, to winning the competition as a squad united by chemistry, Carolyn Snow and every member of the side should be proud of their collective efforts, and their first-ever back-to-back title.
