Her side will be taking on Leeton at the West Wyalong Sports Stadium, lending both sides the pros and cons of neutral territory.
"We're feeling quietly confident," Snow said.
"We've beat Leeton twice this year, but in both games they've been very close and we won't have a full squad this coming weekend."
When the Demons first met the Eagles in round one of the competition, the scoreline read 57 to 47 at the final siren. Abby Favell was the top scorer, helping her side to victory with a 20 point contribution.
Their rematch in round four saw Griffith best Leeton again, with the scoreboard reading 62 to 48 this time around.
Considering the tight scorelines and both sides travelling to play, the final result could go either way this weekend.
"We've both got to travel roughly the same distance and you've got to play wherever," Snow explained.
"I don't think it will be beneficial or detrimental to either team."
Both Demons and Eagles' ladies will be making the two-hour journey to play away from home due to the venue being decided by the final results of the men's competition.
This has left challenges in regard to fan support, as neither competing side will be able to play in front of their own fans.
"It's good to see the smaller communities like West Wyalong getting a chance to host these things, they've got a big support in their community," Snow said.
"I'm sure a big crowd will turn up for the men's game, seeing as West Wyalong is in that one."
The Demons finished their 2019 MIA League campaign with 16 points, after securing five wins and one loss. Giordan Pastro and Abby Favell were the two top contributors, recording 24 and 20 points respectively during their best outings.
Griffith's 16-point finish landed them two points above rivals Leeton, who have managed to keep the competition fierce since round one.
The competition will be ending with the same fixture that started it all in the 2019 female division, but this time, both sides are boasting seasoned fitness, chemistry and match-day momentum.
The winner on Saturday will simply be determined by whoever wants it more, as the MIA League has continued to deliver unexpected results for fans during the course of this season.
"If you lose and you've played as well as you can, you can't ask for more than that," Snow said.
"If you're beaten by the better team on the day, that's just the way it works."
All of the grand final action begins this Saturday at 3pm.
