The tour, which will be stopping in at the Griffith Regional Theatre on November 28, will see her team up with Felicity Urquhart, Adam Harvey and Darren Coggan to celebrate 20 years since the four country stars first joined forces to tour around the nation.
While her tour-mate Darren Coggan has been hyping up Griffith to the group, a return to the theatre represents a chance for things to come full circle for Cole.
"I haven't played the theatre in more than 20 years, back when I was touring with Slim Dusty," she said.
The reunion will aim to take audiences down memory lane, showing off some of the best and most well-known tracks across the foursome's careers.
But the show won't just be the biggest hits, with plenty of surprises in store which aim to showcase how far the group has come over the last two decades.
"We used to do a lot of four part harmonies after the shows in the motel rooms," she said.
"All the stuff we used to muck around with and just never thought of putting it in the show back then."
Since the original tour in 1999, the four artists have gone on to become some of the biggest names in the Australian country music scene, racking up numerous Golden Guitars, number one singles and albums and packed venues across the country.

It's been a particularly good year for Cole as well, picking up her 11th Golden Guitar Award as the Female Artist of the Year and filling venues across the country in support of her latest album Lioness, which also picked up an award for the Best Independent Country Album at the Australian Independent Record Awards.
However, she said the chance to reunite on stage with some of her long-time friends and celebrate their careers makes everything just a little sweeter.
"I love all the different things we get to do in this industry," she said.
"To end the year with a show like this is just a little cherry on top.
"We've had such a great time [so far on the tour], it's been a lot of laughter and even a few tears."
The show will kick off at 8pm and tickets are available to purchase through the Regional Theatre.
