BI-LINGUAL WORKERS - ITALIAN AND AFGHAN COMMUNITY
With the Multicultural Office open, the bi-lingual service program will commence soon. It will be a new service and the bi-lingual workers will assist and support people from the Italian and Afghani communities.
The new service can provide information directly in the client's first language or support your own communication with informal interpretation and can also provide cultural knowledge about the communities and clients you are working with.
GRIFFIN PLAZA PRE-MULTICULTURAL FESTIVAL WEEK
The Multicultural Council thanks the schools for participating in the first pre-festival performances in the Griffin Plaza.
Griffith Public School, Murrumbidgee Regional High School, Marian College, Hanwood Public School and Griffith North Public School delighted the shoppers with their colourful and 'top-notch' performances, setting the tone for 'an encore' for next year.
NRL CULTURAL DEVELOPMENT DAY - POST MULTICULTURAL FESTIVAL 2019
