The match-up set for October 26 will see the Demons searching for their second win in a row, after they secured an impressive 71 to 33 victory over Narrandera.
Griffith has been under the guidance of Caroline Snow this season, who boasts decades of basketball coaching experience.
With her expertise leading a near-new squad, the Demons could end up just about anywhere on the league ladder, depending on how the dice roll.
"It's pretty hard to know where we're going to be in comparison to the other teams at this stage, but we've done pretty well so far," Snow said.
A 57 to 47 win over Leeton and a 52 to 27 loss against West Wyalong stand on their record alongside the 38-point hammering they gave Narrandera.
An incredibly impressive start to a competition which features some of the toughest opposition the Riverina has to offer.
