A man has been taken to Griffith Base Hospital after crashing an unregistered motorbike into a car on Doolan Crescent.

At around 7.20pm on Monday night, a 17-year-old lost control of his bike riding on the fire tracks on Scenic Hill, before crashing into a car on the street.
A football game was in progress on nearby Ted Scobie Oval, with witnesses saying they heard the bike accelerate then attempt to brake.
The man was thrown almost two meters on impact.
Ambulance arrived at the scene and transported him to hospital, with a neck brace and possible leg injuries.

Police are waiting to interview the man once he is finished treatments in hospital.
