Chef Rod Pieper from Reggie P's Catering & BBQ will breathe new life into a time-honoured event that is one not to be missed.
Botanica will be held on Saturday, October 19 at Calabria Family Wines.
The evening will commence with signature canapés by Chef Roderick and wine for guests as they browse stunning works of art displayed by local artists, some created especially for the event.
Chef Roderick described Botanica as "an explosion of colour and flavour that is sure to leave a tasty, lasting impression".
Griffith City Council tourism manager Mirella Guidolin said it was exciting to have a new food and wine dining experience added to the line-up of Griffith Spring Fest events.
"We are absolutely delighted, this is going to be a fantastic night," Ms Guidolin said.
"This region is packed with some of the best produce around so it makes sense to celebrate with this feast."
Guests will be seated at a long table outside in a clear marquee. They will feast on a two-course meal designed and executed by Chef Roderick utilising the best local produce the region has to offer, all while watching as the sun sets and is replaced by stars in the night sky.
A dessert course showcasing the handmade gelato of Chef Ben and the team at Zecca Handmade Italian Griffith, will complete the experience. The talented Jones Trio will entertain throughout the night.
