Banna Avenue has been transformed into a sea of oranges by the Real Juice Company Citrus Sculptures.
The new sculptures - courtesy of Altina Wildlife Park, Telstra, Foodworks and Murrumbidgee Irrigation - taking the number on display for 2019 to 70.
Chairperson of Griffith Spring Fest working group, councillor Rina Mercuri said it was incredible to think it all started with just a handful of sculptures in 1995.
"We couldn't be happier to have new entrants coming on board to promote their businesses and help us grow our display," Cr Mercuri said.
"It's such a fantastic talking point for our City and we thank everyone for playing their part in making it such a success."
The citrus sculptures were brought to life last weekend, signalling the start of Griffith Spring Fest.
"It's an amazing morning," Cr Mercuri said. "We had over 700 volunteers all working together to construct the sculptures."
The eye-catching display will again include familiar favourites, including the NSW RFS fire truck, Baiada's reclining chook, the Bertoldo's horse and carriage and the Collier and Miller castle.
The exhibition, created using around 100,000 oranges and rubber bands, is one of the most unique in Australia.
