The annual event is a showcase of all that Griffith has to offer in food, wine, culture and entertainment, as well as highlighting the city's love of beautiful gardens.
The 2019 Griffith Spring Fest will also mark the 29th Griffith Garden Festival, as well as the 24th citrus sculpture display, which is truly a visual highlight and major tourism drawcard for the city.
"There is so much to see and experience during the festival, you won't be disappointed," chairperson of the Griffith Spring Fest working group councillor Rina Mercuri said.
"Griffith is a wonderful multicultural community, with great food and wine, friendly people and great attractions."
Celebrations kick off on Friday, 18 October from 5.30pm with the LINX Launch Party showcasing food, wine, beer, produce and music in the Griffith Visitor Information Centre car park.
Griffith City Council events co-ordinator Georgina Horton can't wait for the festival celebrations to roll on.
"The paella station will be returning this year as well as some other local food vendors," Ms Horton said.
"Groovology will be providing the entertainment, and there will be a few activities for the kids.
"You can relax with a wine or enjoy a cocktail and Yenda Beer will be back again with their beer and cider.
"It will be a great night out for the family."
The Griffith Garden Festival will highlight seven spectacular gardens, the pride and joy of some committed greenthumbs, with bus tours from October 18 to 20 providing a glimpse into what it takes to produce some of the best gardens in the region.
Griffith's Multicultural Festival on Saturday, October 19 from 10.30am will provide a one-day celebration of the city's diverse multicultural community at Memorial Park, Banna Avenue.
Griffith is home to more than 20 cultural groups - look out for the colourful and lively performances from the Fijian, Samoan, Maori, Chinese, Chilean, Italian, Aboriginal communities, as well as others.
Enjoy these cultures through dance performances and songs, food and a range of other festivities, including a spaghetti-eating competition.
