LAST DITCH ATTEMPT
After reading Monday's article council's last-ditch lobbying attempt, I have just come back from a caravan trip taking in Cobar, White Cliffs, Broken Hill then onto Mildura.

From Broken Hill to Mildura was the most depressing trip. The ground is just moving, I have never seen such a terrible sight before.
Then on arriving at Mildura and setting out caravan we walked over to see the Murray River full to the brim, what a sight.
The next day went on a paddle steamer through a lock that I believe let four megs of water downstream every time a boat goes down river.
The journey was great and we were taken around to join the Murray and to see from a long way off, a huge amount of water pouring over a weir maybe 100 metres wide.
Cr Dino, I would recommend that you muster all irrigation farmers young or old and annoy the bloody blazes out of all whether they are politicians or anyone involved in making decisions on water. It's never too late.
We may be short on water in the MIA but by hell the water flowing down the Murray seems to meas there is no shortage somewhere downstream.
If we don't make a huge effort we may end up like Wilcannia where there is a little pool of stagnant water, I have been there and seen it.

'TIME TO GET A GRIP'
Time to get a grip from being fooled by this Greta Thunberg (from elsewhere) considered the new child Messiah with her special powers being a sudden gift to mankind worldwide.
She travels the world heralding in the U.N. war cry called climate change.
To give it authenticity our children worldwide have been conveniently targeted (one child messenger to another child) and the adults thrown in for good measure - lucky us).
This is a very sneaky and done for the underhanded purpose to frighten gullible kids into believing all this propaganda they been subjected to.
To add further insult to injury they have been brainwashed in the classroom with greenie minded activists taking advantage of their innocence.
Time to ferret out these mischief making teachers who are causing our kids unnecessary distress.
This nonsense has been allowed to fester utilising the somebodies of this world to reinforce the left equally as crazy mindset to further the cause.
The rat bag element occupying authority at the U.N. auspice tend to have the naive hoodwinked especially if they trot out someone of renown like eg David Attenborough to address their assembly.
The real troubling issues are not the fanciful nonsense of climate but rather China's communism on the march an ever present reminder was their recent display of military might the real threat to the world extinction.
Time to pay attention and let Greta go home and behave accordingly.
