The park's ring-tailed lemur population got a boost with the birthing of twins, a first for the park.
There was also a new litter of serval kittens from the park's African-born cat Layla, giving birth to triplets.
However, one of the largest boosts to the park's population was to the pack of maned wolves, with four new pups named Cisco, Delta, Quinta and Katja being born.
Altina animal and operations manager Rebecca Surian said four pups being born at once is uncommon but not completely unexpected.
"They can have anywhere up to four but twos and threes are more common," Mrs Surian said.
Altina, the only breeding facility of maned wolves in Australasia, has seen 20 new wolves born in the past decade.

Mrs Surian said the new arrivals are part of an expected boom in births for the park, which normally sees up to 240 new arrivals every year.
"The babies are only just starting to roll in," Mrs Surian said.
"We are officially in our busy period."
Mrs Surian said the boom is expected to continue until January, with all new babies put on display once they are comfortable enough to do so.
