Memorial Park is now home to an open-air stage that will be available to the public for community events or any special occasion.
The grubby old toilet block has also been given a radical revamp, fresh turf has been laid down, and some of the footpaths have been given an upgrade.
Jubilee Oval has also got its fair share of love, with the launch of a shiny new four-lane cricket net complex just in time for upcoming cricket season.
It'll be used to train members of the Griffith District Cricket Association, as well as any children in the neighbourhood who reckon they've got the makings of the next Donald Bradman.
The oval will also be getting a brand new building featuring a kiosk, toilet block, changing rooms, referee room, and viewing platform.

Griffith City Council John Dal Broi said it had been a busy time for Griffith, with several major projects in the pipeline at once.
"I don't think I've ever experienced so many openings in one day," Councillor Dal Broi said.
"This is the culmination of a lot of hard work by a lot of people."
Cr Dal Broi said it had also been made possible by a lot of government money being splashed on Griffith, with $486,000 from the Stronger Country Communities Fund going towards Memorial Park.
The cricket cage was funded through Griffith City Council and the ICC T20 World Cup 2020 Cricket Legacy Fund.
A further $878,000 of state government money will go towards the Jubilee Oval sports amenities.
The Memorial Park stage can be used at any time, but those wanting to make a special reservation can call council on 6962 8100.
