From building with two jam-packed tables of bricks, perusing the 59 tables filled with displays and perhaps even getting to play with them, there was something for everyone.
For Goolgowi's Montana Clonan, it was something she had been looking forward to "for ages".
"I think this is so cool," the six-year-old exclaimed.
"I just can't believe people have made all of this! My favourite is the Iron Man one behind me."
With her parents describing her as a "mad Lego enthusiast", she came away completely inspired to go back home and keep building.
"I just love that you can play with it all after, it pays off at the end with all the hard work you put into it."
Not just building on the day, but kids from kindy to Year 6 had the chance to enter their own designs in the Brick Building Contest.
The two divisions, Years K-2 and Years 3 - 6, saw many test their mettle against each other to see who was crowned ultimate Lego master.
Yet it was clear: everyone who entered had the makings of a great builder.
Aria Ceccato and Ashton Menegazzo were the winners for their divisions, and while both were surprised at winning, it was their secret hopes come to life.
"I did mine with my friend Cruz [Morrissey] and we were inspired after playing cricket," Ashton said.
"He isn't here, but he will be stoked to find out we won."
With the biggest house she has made yet, Aria was also thrilled to have won the K-2 division.
"I love making things, especially houses, and this is the biggest I've made yet!" she said.
Check out Aria's entry video with an explanation of her masterpiece in the video below:
Exhibitors came from as far as Sydney, Canberra and Melbourne to show off their clever and labour intensive displays, but there were also local exhibitors, who said the event was soon to rival big city events.
Robert and Frances Jackson from Hanwood, who have exhibited at fairs in Canberra, showed off an impressive display of Lego Technic machinery in one of the 59 displays in the hall.
"This has been a great event, relaxed, but you can see the potential, it will just keep growing and growing," Robert said.
P&C member and brick fair organiser Dr Amr El Daly said the day had been a great success, and thanked everyone involved for making the day one to remember.
"The sponsors, volunteers, exhibitors, the teachers and school, and everyone who helped support this event made this a reality, so thank you," he said.
"We will see what happens next year - so watch this space."
