Hanwood have been the form team in the Leonard Cup competition all season and all but cemented the favourites tag to take out the premiership in their first season in the Football Wagga competition with a 5-1 win over their Tolland opponents.
Tara Ceccato continued to show her scoring ability with four goals to secure her sides safe passage straight into the grand final.
The Hanwood side will now wait to see if they will take on Tolland or Junee after the Jaguars were able to take a 1-0 win over Henwood Park after extra time.
Meanwhile Hanwood's reserve grade men's side will be looking to make the most of their second chance after falling in the semi-final to Lake Albert. With the scores locked at 1-1 after extra time the game went to penalties with the Sharks coming out on top. Reserves will now take on Wagga United in Junee for a spot in the grand final with the clash set to kick off at 1pm.
