The Swans were well represented in the football team of the season with James Toscan (full back), Will Griggs (back pocket), Jordan Iudica (centre) and Jacob Conlan (full forward) selected with Griggs also picked as the coach.
The Swans also had two named in the netball team of the season with Jess Conlan picked at centre while co-coach Georgia Fuller was selected on the bench.
Dean Catanzariti picked up the coach of the year award after the Swans reserve grade side finished the season unbeaten as they try to make it third time lucky in pursuit of the reserve grade premiership having fallen at the final hurdle in 2018 and 2017.
It was a good season on the goal kicking front with Kris Duncan kicking the most goals in reserve grade with 52 while Jacob Conlan took out the most goals in first grade with 61 while the Swans were also named as football club champions.
In the best and fairest contests Jess Conlan finished fifth in A-grade netball while Jasmine Boyland took out the C grade best and fairest. In football, Jordan Iudica finished in fifth in first grade while Isaac Testoni finished third in the under 17s vote count.
In rising stars, Jenna Richards was nominated for netball while Isaac Campbell picked up the football nomination while Trevor Richards was nominated as volunteer of the year.
