At Tuesday's meeting Councillor Glen Andreazza was the first to withdraw his nomination for the 2019 Local Government NSW annual conference.
"I don't see it fit that I use ratepayer money to go the conference and wish to withdraw my nomination from the conference," Cr Andreazza said.

Councillor Brian Simpson also withdrew his nomination, saying council should have went with their original plan of sending just three councillors plus the mayor and general manager.
"We probably should have stuck with the recommendation," Cr Simpson said.
"It is my intention moving forward with this council that councillors all get the opportunity throughout their term of office to attend a conference like this for the networking and the experience."
Council will now have five delegates at the conference, in line with their original plan passed on June 25.
