The Greens have an impressive home record on their side as they are unbeaten on their home track this season but will have their last clash with the DPC side in the back of their mind.
The Leeton side was able to bounce back from a difficult loss to the Roosters in round 17 with victory in the local derby against Yanco-Wamoon.
"We wanted to have momentum going into the elimination final ... we've got that, so now we just need to get the job done," Leeton coach Warren Weir said.
"There's also that extra motivation to defeat the Roosters. It's final, and we want to get one back over them after that loss the other week."
Leeton will be without Taina Heke for the match after he injured his ankle last weekend, but Kirtis Fisher will likely make a return.
The Roosters will be coming into the game off the back of a narrow defeat against the Waratahs which saw the sides level heading into the dying stages before the Tigers scored two quick tries to take victory.
The winner of the match will travel to Darlington Point next weekend to take on the loser of the qualifying final.
The elimination final will kick off at Leeton No 1 Oval at around 3.15pm.
