The company recently placed tenth in the 2019 Australian Financial Review BOSS Most Innovative Companies list of manufacturing and consumer goods.
De Bortoli was the only winery to make the list, which was whittled down from more than 800 nominated companies across Australia and New Zealand.
Managing director Darren De Bortoli was pleased with the accolade.
"We are thrilled to receive this recognition, which acknowledges how our family has been pushing the boundaries of wine making for more than 90 years to produce wines for everyone to enjoy," he said.
"Innovation is in our DNA."

The winery made the list for the introduction of their Rosé Rosé wine, which involved a collaborative process between the winery and consumers during all stages of the creation process.
The Rosé has claimed numerous awards since its 2018 unveiling, including the chief judge's award and the best rosé award at last year's Riverina Wine Show awards night.
