For Year 7 student John Samuela Kirby and Sasha Halliburton from Year 10 in Murrumbidgee Regional High School (Wade site), the message made it all the more powerful.

"Because we can all be struggling with something, it shows that we are not alone, there are others out there too and knowing that they can find strength in that," John said.

"I feel wonderful having this opportunity to share talent and give people hope."

For Sasha, it makes her feel as if she is part of changing the narrative around struggle.

"Noone is alone, no matter what they are going through in life," she said.

But not only a chance to empower others, it was also a chance for a bit of levity as well.

Leeton High School engaged in a high energy rendition of 'Love Shack', which is set to leave a lasting impression for Year 12 students Jakeb Steele and Tahnee Walsh.

"It's amazing. This is the first and last time for me in KROP, and it is just so much fun," Jakeb explained.

"It's been insane getting seeing it all together. I will be sad when it finishes, but we will cherish the memory forever," Tahnee said.

Yanco Agricultural High School's Emma Dixon had the chance to put her musical distance educations studies to good use, single-handedly choreographing and writing a performance piece for drums.

"It's pretty exciting, knowing people will be seeing my work come to life on stage," Emma said.

"It as so interesting - I wrote it all, and then had to make changes according to people's ability, which was great because it was a hands on kind of trial and error.

"This will stay with me with me long after I've finished school, and something I hopefully have left my mark on here."
