The fifth-placed Swans hold a six point lead over the Lions and Leeton-Whitton with three rounds remaining after Griffith claimed a 60-47 victory over the Crows last Saturday.
Both the Lions and the Crows have byes in the final three rounds, leaving the Swans with an extra game in hand over their finals-chasing rivals.
The Lions come into the fixture off the back of a five match losing streak, needing a victory over the Swans to keep themselves in the finals equation.
The Swans have a difficult end to the regular season, with the side hosting second-placed MCUE before travelling to face third-placed Wagga Tigers, while the Lions face the Crows in their final regular season match before having the bye.

In the other grades, the A reserve side will look to move level on points with fifth-placed Leeton-Whitton with victory over the Lions.
The Swans sit four points behind the Crows after going down 44-35 to the side last Saturday.
The B grade side can keep themselves in the mix for the finals with victory over the Lions.
The Swans are six points off the finals pace and will be on the verge of elimination from finals contention with a defeat.
The C grade side can move into first with victory over the second-last Lions, with the side four points off ladder leaders Turvey Park.
A win for the Swans could see them overtake the leaders if they fail to defeat Wagga Tigers.
Finally, the under 17s will take on the fourth-placed Lions as they seek to move into seventh place.
The Swans have already been eliminated from finals contention in the division, with the side claiming two wins all campaign.
The A grade clash will get under way at 1:30pm.
