Exies Oval in Griffith was chosen as the host venue for the preliminary finals on August 24 at a SIRU board meeting on Monday night.
It will be the first time in three years that Griffith has hosted a SIRU final.
Waratahs will host the opening day of finals at Conolly Park on August 17 that will feature eight semi-finals.
The grand final, on Saturday August 31, will be hosted by the winner of the major semi-final.
Waratahs are already a confirmed starter in the major semi-final, with Ag College in the box seat to face them heading into Saturday's final round.
If those two teams face off in the major semi-final as expected, the grand final will be held in Wagga at Conolly Park.
SIRU's junior grand finals will be held at Cootamundra on Sunday, August 25.
