The side sits one point ahead of second-placed Griffith Black and Whites heading into the final round but with the Black and Whites having the bye, the Hawks cannot be pushed off the top of the ladder.
The Hawks saw five players cross the line in the 36-point victory at Yanco Sports Ground, with Tess Staines and Bianca Smith picking up two tries each in the victory.
Abbey Mccloskey, Demi Leighton and Breeanna Coelli added to the victory margin for Yanco-Wamoon, who extended their winning streak to ten matches with the result.
The Black and Whites all but ensured they will finish in second place after holding off Hay in a 24-10 victory at Hay Sports Ground.
Griffith claimed the victory thanks to tries from Kiara Crowe, Orianah Hughes, Ashleigh Penrith, Taneeka Carr and Bianca Sutton, while Luci Lugsdin and Delilah Crighton got over the line for the hosts.
Leeton kept pace with Griffith after picking up a 46-0 victory over Darlington Point Coleambally at Darlington Point Sportsground.
Anna Poulsen led the scoring for the Greens, netting four tries during the encounter, while Janiana Ravu and Jessica Mcdonell scored twice.
Ua Ravu also scored in a strong victory for the side against the bottom-placed Roosters, who were kept scoreless for the ninth time this season.

Leeton can draw level on points with Griffith with victory over Yanco-Wamoon on Sunday, but the Greens will need a significant victory to overtake the Black and Whites' superior point differential, with Griffith holding a 163-point lead over the Greens heading into the final round.
Finally, Yenda Blueheelers booked themselves a spot in the finals after beating Tullibigeal Lake Cargelligo 20-4 at Lake Cargelligo Sportsground.
Kayla Panazzolo scored twice while Neda Amiatu and Casey Paine helped the side to a 16-point victory.
Tommi Booth scored the only try for the Sharks, crossing with 11 minutes left to play in the encounter.
The win sees the Blueheelers four points ahead of their nearest rivals Hay.
Three sides will look to secure the final spot in the top five on Sunday, with Hay, West Wyalong and Tullibigeal Lake Cargelligo still in the mix for fifth place.
The Sharks will travel to face West Wylaong on Sunday at Ron Crowe Oval while Hay will face Yenda at Wade Park.
Hay and West Wyalong sit two points ahead of the Sharks heading into the final round, but a big win for the Sharks could see them take fifth place if Hay falls to the Blueheelers.
